We truly enjoyed our stay at Andaz 5th Avenue and loved the hotel's prime location. Everything was exceptional, with incredibly accommodating and friendly staff who met all our needs. Our room included a separate bedroom, and the luxurious bathroom featured USB ports, a balcony, and ample closet space. the service was fantastic overall, making our experience memorable. We would definitely love to return!

Spotless place & very helpful and incredibly attentive staff who refused to call up a restaurant on our behalf to enquire for a reservation. Very spacious bed, well laid out room with USB ports, a nice, separate living area, and a safe. Great view of the city from the window. The location wonderful and perfect to time square: )

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was fantastic. I enjoyed lovely views from my suite, which included a private bathroom. Its location in a charming 'library' area was convenient, and the in-house restaurant offered a great breakfast, while the downstairs bar added to the experience.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Andaz 5th Avenue. the property was clean, and the staff were extremely competent. the king room was airy, featuring USB ports, a large window, and a high ceiling. Breakfast was delicious, starting early at 6:40. the service was exceptional, and I had two enjoyable nights there. They also offered complimentary ironing, which was a nice touch. It’s a cool hotel, and I highly recommend it.
